Spend a day wine tasting in Palisade. The Palisade Trolley is a safe and fun way to hop around wineries. There are other transportation options such as renting bikes or taking a horse-drawn carriage. If you choose to visit Sunday, there is a great farmer's market in downtown Palisade. Stop at Fidel's on your way out for a great margarita and fusion tacos.
