The attire for our wedding is garden party/semi formal. For men, a collared button down with a tie and slacks is appropriate. Jackets are optional as it will be warm outside. Women can wear knee to floor length dresses. Florals and bright summer colors are encouraged but the bride kindly requests that women avoid wearing white dresses. We encourage you to wear attire that you can comfortably dance in.

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held at Dunes West Golf Course in Mount Pleasant, SC. The ceremony will be held under a gorgeous oak tree right on marsh. When you arrive simply head towards the water and find your seat amongst friends and family. The cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard only a few feet away. Enjoy games, appetizers, cocktails, and live entertainment. You may also step inside to enjoy some cool air and grab one of our signature drinks. The reception will then take place inside the clubhouse where you will eat dinner and dance the night away.

To ensure an intimate celebration with our nearest and dearest, we kindly request that only those individuals listed on the invitation join us. While we'd love to accommodate everyone, venue space constraints make it necessary for us to keep the guest list as mentioned. Yes! When entering Dunes West, guests will need to mention at the front gate that they are here for the Culbreth wedding or bring their wedding invitation. Guests will be able to leave their vehicles in parking spaces at the clubhouse just steps away from the ceremony and reception location.

We ask that you please keep your cell phone on silent and put away for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired photographers to capture this special moment so we ask that you do not take photos, videos, or livestream the ceremony. However, photos and videos are permitted during cocktail hour, the reception, and the send off. Be sure to upload your reception pictures to the photo circle link provided in your program!
