Cherry Capital Airport
TVC is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Some hotels also offer complimentary shuttles to/from the airport.
Gerald R. Ford International Airport
Grand Rapids airport is approximately 2 hours from Traverse City and offers more direct flight options than TVC. A rental car is likely required to get to Traverse City from the Grand Rapids airport.
Accommodations
There are a variety of accommodations in Traverse City, both hotels and Airbnbs/VRBOs. A few hotels are walking distance to downtown and/or the wedding venue (Hagerty Center). We also have a few hotel blocks with limited rooms reserved in each (Hampton Inn, Tru by Hilton, Cherry Tree Inn & Suites, and Park Place). Please note that many hotels require a 2-night minimum stay during the summer season.
Delamar Traverse City
The Delamar overlooks Grand Traverse Bay and is walking distance from both downtown Traverse City and the wedding venue (~5 minute walk). It is approximately 4 miles from Harbor Brook Hall (welcome party). The Delamar also has a complimentary airport shuttle.
Park Place Hotel and Conference Center

Park Place is 0.7 miles from the Hagerty Center (wedding venue) and approximately 5 miles from Harbor Brook Hall (welcome party venue).
