Like many modern love stories, ours began the old-fashioned way, on an app created to bridge millennial loneliness. Thank you, Hinge, for somehow getting it right. Our first date at the Cleveland Museum of Art, followed by sushi, had an ease to it that felt rare. Conversation flowed effortlessly, as if we had known each other far longer than a few hours. We talked about anything and everything, if you know Lauren, nothing is off the table on a first date. However, somewhere between the art and the spicy tuna rolls, something just clicked. We both tried to play it cool, but deep down, we knew. Not long after, we found ourselves signing papers for our first home together. A few years and more than one U-Haul later, we were buying our second--because apparently, true commitment sometimes looks like comparing paint swatches, obsessing over light fixtures, and debating the emotional significance of throw pillows. Through all of the moves, the growth, the changes, we have built a life that feels like home in every sense of the word. We have stood by each other through joy and loss, through quiet mornings and defining moments. We have learned to listen, to laugh, to fight fair, and to love with a steadiness that keeps us grounded. We are partners, teammates, and best friends. This wedding isn't the beginning of our story, but a celebration of everything we have built together, and all the love, laughter, and adventure still to come.

Julianne isn’t just Lauren's sister—she’s her built-in best friend, cheerleader, and partner-in-crime. These days, they’re thicker than thieves, but if you rewind to their childhood, you’d find Lauren selling Julianne’s own things back to her (and Julianne actually paying for them), bickering over whose turn it was to use the family computer, and constant debates about sharing clothes. Through it all—from those hilarious sibling squabbles to late-night chats and shared secrets, Julianne has been a constant source of love, laughter, and strength. Known for her quick wit, huge heart, and unwavering support, the bride couldn’t imagine this day without her sister standing right beside her.

Bailey is one of Lauren's dearest friends and someone who has shown up time and time again—no matter the distance. From living next door and watching past seasons of L word together on the couch, to many of life’s tougher moments, Bailey has been a steady, grounding presence through it all. Even though she now lives on the other side of the country, her love, support, and friendship have never wavered. Lauren is beyond grateful to have Bailey standing beside her on such a meaningful day.

Kat and Lauren met in grad school when fate (and a random group assignment) brought them together—and thank goodness it did. What started as a partnership quickly turned into one of the most meaningful friendships. From hours-long FaceTime calls filled with tears (both academic and hysterical laughter) to late-night pep talks and endless support, Kat has been a constant presence—despite living miles away. In fact, wedding weekend will mark only the third time they’ve been together in person, which is hard to believe considering Kat basically lives in Lauren's phone. She's proof that distance means nothing when someone shows up for you, every time, no matter what.

Alex may look just like Lauren (seriously, the resemblance is uncanny...when they were kids, people thought they were twins), but personality-wise, they’re two very different people. While Lauren leads with emotion, Alex leads with action—and he’s the one you call when something needs fixing, solving, or straight-up handling. Whether it’s a logistical headache or a life problem, Alex shows up with calm, clarity, and just the right amount of sarcasm. He’s been a steady, grounding force in Lauren's life, and she’s so proud to have her brother—and built-in problem solver—by her side on such a special day.

Lauren and Michelle go way back—to the days of shared classes, late-night cramming, and AIM messages like “did you finish the assignment??” flying back and forth at midnight. They bonded over group projects, procrastination, and plenty of inside jokes during their school years. Though life took them in different directions for a while, their friendship has beautifully rekindled in adulthood. Michelle has always been someone Lauren could count on for support, laughter, and real talk—and having her part of this chapter is a full-circle moment that means so much.

Roni and Carley met playing college softball, where they were the perfect duo: catcher and pitcher—a dynamic that’s the perfect metaphor for their friendship. From day one, they had each other’s backs on and off the field. Even though Carley now lives in New York, distance has never dimmed her loyalty or her ability to show up when it counts (even if she’s just a little late). Through every high and low, Carley has been a steady, supportive, and hilarious presence in Roni's life—and having her by her side on this day means the world.

Abby and Roni may have started off as high school softball rivals (yes, enemies is a strong word—but not inaccurate), but everything changed in college. Once they ended up as roommates, it became clear they were basically the same person—and that their friendship was meant to be. Since then, Abby has become one of Roni's closest confidantes, biggest cheerleaders, and fiercest supporters. She’s been by her side through some of life’s hardest moments, always with unwavering loyalty, deep understanding, and just the right amount of tough love. What started with competition turned into one of the most important friendships of Roni's life.

Courtney and Roni have been friends for an incredible 17 years—a true testament to the kind of friendship that stands the test of time. Courtney has always been a steady source of strength, wisdom, and support. Whether she’s whipping up her famous rotelle dip, forcing a round of Mall Madness in the basement, or screaming on Discord about Fortnite, Courtney always keeps the bride entertained and on her toes. She’s been there through every high and low, and has always been someone to turn to when Roni is in need of honest advice, a good reality check, or a laugh that will make you cry. Roni couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her by her side.

Jenna is one of Roni’s most loyal and consistent friends—the kind of person who always shows up, and always brings the party with her. Whether they’re dressing up as old ladies for a night out or keeping it low-key with a game night at home, Jenna brings the laughter, the energy, and the kind of good vibes that make every moment better. Her loyalty runs deep, and her presence is always a guarantee for a good time. Roni is so grateful for the joy and steady friendship Jenna has brought into her life.

Kayla’s light-hearted spirit and warm presence have a way of making everyone feel at ease, and she truly lights up every room she walks into. Her friendship has been a gift, and Roni is so thankful to not only have her by her side, but also officiating on this special day.
