Can I RSVP online or do I need to mail in an RSVP card?

You can do either or both, whichever is your preference! You can RSVP online by going to the RSVP tab in the top right of the webpage.

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP sent in by 03/31/2025. The sooner, the better!

What airport is the closest to fly in to?

The closet main airport is Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport located in Little Rock. It is about 1 hour away from Hot Springs, AR so please plan accordingly. Ideally, if you are in the wedding, please plan to arrive Thursday in order to be ready for the wedding rehearsal the following morning.

Where should I stay? Are there blocks of hotel rooms reserved for the wedding?

Yes, we will have blocks of hotel rooms reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hot Springs in Hot Springs, AR. The hotel is off of Lake Hamilton, which is a short drive from both the ceremony and reception venues. The address is: 4813 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71913. For more information, please visit the "Travel" tab of the website. Additionally, there are different VRBOs and AirBNBs around the area to check out if you would rather stay in one of those!

What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception venues?

We will be having the ceremony at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, AR. The ceremony's address is: 550 Arkridge Rd Hot Springs, AR 71913. The reception following the ceremony will be hosted at Hot Springs Country Club in Hot Springs, AR, which is a short drive from the ceremony location. The reception's address is: Hot Springs Country Club 101 Country Club Drive Hot Springs, AR 71901

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We are getting married in Anthony Chapel on the garden grounds, so the ceremony will be inside. The reception will also be held indoors. Both venues have air-conditioning.

Will there be parking near the wedding venues?

Yes, there will be a parking lot right outside of the Garvan Woodland Gardens entrance with a short walk to Anthony Chapel with more specific directions to follow soon. For people needing assistance from the parking lot to the Chapel, there will be a golf cart service available. Additionally, there are large parking lots right in front of the Hot Springs Country Club so you will be able to walk right up to the reception venue. The location of the specific parking lot(s) reserved for our wedding is TBD so check back for updates.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Since the majority of guests are coming from out of town and renting cars, we will not be supplying transportation to the venues specifically from the hotel.

What dining experience should I expect?

We will have a variety of hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree (menu choice will be sent out with invitations in the future). If there are any food allergies or specific food restrictions, please let us know ahead of time in order for us to accommodate you- you can do so by noting your request on the online/mailed RSVP.

What is the attire? What should I wear?

The attire will be Semi-Formal (ex: Below-the-knee dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, suit and tie with slacks. Please no jeans, casual/graphic T-shirts). Since it will be late May, it will be warm so make sure to dress accordingly.

Are there any specific colors I should wear to the wedding?

Not at all! Whatever your style is best. Just please refrain from dressing in white for courtesy of the bride.

Can I bring my children?

As much as we love children, we are refraining from having children younger than 6 years of age in attendance at the ceremony. We kindly request for your children to have accommodations made ahead of time. This is in order for the bride and groom to be able to experience and focus on their most important moments without concern, and for guests to enjoy a stress-free and relaxing celebration. However, if you would like to bring your littles to the reception to dance the night away, please feel free. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Am I allowed to take photos/video at the wedding?

We will have an "unplugged" wedding ceremony, so we politely request guests to refrain from taking any photos/videos during the ceremony- this will allow our photographer/videographer to capture our special moments in the best way possible. However, at the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We encourage you all to document your experiences and share them with us! (Details regarding how to share photos/videos will be provided in the near future).
