Come hang out at the velodrome once you get to town! We spent a lot of time here when we lived in Detroit watching the races at the track so want to share this unique experience. We will purchase tickets for those interested in attending and have a designated area for those attending the wedding. Depending on where you stay, the velodrome is a 1.3-mile walk from The Element Hotel or a short trip up the free Q Line (Detroit's light-rail) from downtown Detroit. Come join us for a run or walk! There will be a 5k and 1-mile option, but both are out and back, so you can do as much or as little as you'd like. We will start and end at Madcap Coffee, where the first drink is on us. The venue is on the 16th floor of One Campus Martius in downtown Detroit. There will be a sign guiding you once you get into the building. Check back closer to the wedding for more specific instructions about how to find the venue!
