Originally the site of the Avant Fuel & Ice Company. Owner Henry McGill's wife, Helen had planted over 500 rose bushes over the years making it a must-see location.

Nestled just outside of the heart of Charlotte, now the garden is a non-profit event hosting center that is open to the public when not hosting private events.
