Summer is a very busy time in the Highlands and the town is small so we suggest booking accommodations as soon as possible. Transportation will be provided to/from the wedding venue and pick up will be at 200 Main and 16 Church Street behind the Old Edwards Inn in downtown Highlands which is within walking distance of any accommodations in the downtown area. Please note, Uber, Lyft, and alike are not available in the small town of Highlands, NC. Parking is also available if you choose to drive.

NOTE: Closest airports to the Highlands are Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in North Carolina and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) in South Carolina.
You can also opt to fly into Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte (CLT) or Knoxville (TYS) airport.
If you plan to fly, we recommend renting a car upon arrival. Highlands, NC is a remote mountain town and there are no ride-share services available. We encourage guests to coordinate travel plans with friends and family to reserve a car.
