Q&A 1

Q & A

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be entirely outdoors in the pasture of the barn! Although there will be a tent for dining and dancing purposes. The wedding will still go on if there is a drizzle, so please bring an umbrella just in case! We see rain as good luck on our wedding day <3

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

The reception location is the same as the ceremony! There will be a tent pitched in the pasture so that people may sit for food and drinks while we celebrate our special day.

Where do we park?

Guests will park their vehicles in a designated section of the pasture at the barn. We recommend that guests try to carpool if possible as the parking area will not be paved. If it rains in the days leading up to the wedding, the pasture will be muddy and 4WD vehicles are encouraged.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our wedding will be strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to provide food, drinks, seating, etc to those listed on the invitation.

Will children be welcome?

Only children which have been listed on the invitations may be able to attend. We will have activities at the reception for the little ones. Parents please be advised to supervise your children throughout the event. Our wedding staff will not be paid for babysitting.

*PARENTS* Children welcome at parents discretion after 8:30pm

Parents, while we would love to share our special day with your little ones, we would also like to celebrate our marriage our way! The dance floor will turn up and the bar WILL be open. We respect that everyone has different parenting methods. Please plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! We will be having an "open" bar. There will be a selection of iced adult beverages available at the ceremony. However, once there are no more drinks... there's no more drinks. If you have a higher tolerance to alcohol and want to have a good time, you are encouraged to BYOB.

Will I be able to take my own photos of the ceremony?

No, we ask that all phones, tablets, and cameras be turned off/silenced and properly stored during our wedding ceremony. We are paying our photographer for a reason and will happily share our photos from the big day!

What if we cannot make it?

We will sincerely miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and decline attendance on the RSVP tab on our website so that we may plan accordingly. We will share many pictures for those who cannot attend. xoxo

What if I forgot to RSVP?

We respectfully ask that you bring your own sandwich, beverage, and chair. We can only accommodate those who RSVP.
