The airport in Oakland (OAK) is the closest, so if you can get an affordable flight there, do it! We usually find OAK much more expensive if you're flying in from the Midwest, though, so we almost exclusively fly in/out of SFO (near San Francisco).

"Dressy casual." Or whatever is comfortable for you! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) while the dinner/reception is indoors. If you're outside after sunset hanging out on the big patio you will want a coat.

Yes! It will depart the Hyatt Place at 3:00pm and the Hyatt House at 3:10pm; this will take guests directly to the Brazilian Room. The first shuttle returning to the hotels from the venue will be at 8:30pm. See "Wedding Weekend" tab for more details.

Yes, there is limited parking at venue (about 35 spots). You cannot park your car there overnight, though. Please plan your evening accordingly and drink responsibly.

If you plan on exploring in cities (San Francisco, Berkeley, etc...) you really don't need one. You can Uber/Lyft or take public transit. This is less of a hassle (because parking can be a challenge and roadways generally are pretty crowded), and it probably wouldn't be much of a cost difference. If you're planning a day trip (e.g. to Napa), a rental car is a great idea! Really up to you, though. There likely are shuttle services to most locations.
