FRIDAY MORNING BUS TO GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

Meet Shuttle @7:45am

Attire: Athletic wear/jeans

We will be renting a bus for an abbreviated tour through glacier national park on the Going-to-Sun road.

This bus will take place on Friday morning.

Please meet your shuttle at 7:45am at the Kintla lodge in the village or the base lodge (both on Whitefish Mountain Resort)

Picnic lunch at a scenic overlook will be provided.

*The road takes all day to drive so this will only be a partial tour.

FRIDAY WELCOME DINNER

Attire: Dressy Casual

We will be holding a welcome dinner for all guests at Sacred Waters Brewing Company in Kalispell on Friday August 23rd from 4pm-8pm.

Transportation will be provided from Whitefish Mountain Resort at 345pm and 5:15pm and returning at 7pm and 815pm. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes.

Please meet at the Kintla lodge or Base lodge to catch the shuttle.

SATURDAY TEE TIME AT MEADOW LAKE GOLF COURSE

Rounds of golf, golf club rentals, and transportation to meadow lake golf course will be everyone’s own responsibility. We will only be scheduling the tee times for you.

18 holes -> $110 golf round, $40 club rental

9 holes -> $65 golf round, $30 club rental

*Female members of the wedding party and anyone involved in hair/makeup will not be able to participate.

Attire: Semi-formal/cocktail (Shoes should be appropriate for boarding the lift with a metal grate floor)

*Please review the tab "Day of Ceremony Information". From the Base Lodge take chair 6->chair 1

From the lift plaza take chair 1 or enclosed gondola

The First chair will go up at 445pm, the lift will be shut off at 530pm and you will not be able to access the ceremony site after that.

Reception will begin immediately following the ceremony at the base lodge beginning with a cocktail hour/apps and alpine slide. Dinner will begin at 745pm with dancing to follow.

CEREMONY

4:45pm-6:30pm

Ceremony at the summit of whitefish mountain resort. Please start your ascent on the chairlift at 5 pm

A complimentary shuttle will be available to take you anywhere on the mountain following the conclusion of dinner.
