Hotel Blocks
We have coordinated hotel blocks at three locations in the Richmond-area, though guests are welcome to explore other overnight options, such as hotels and inns, Air BnBs, or even cabins in nearby state parks.
To receive group rates for one of the listed hotels, please use our code: LOSEN - O'FARRELL WEDDING BLOCK. If you are planning to book with the group rate at one of the listed hotels, please reserve your room by Monday, July 7th, 2025, as they will be released to the general public at their normal price after this date.
Please note that, while one price may be listed under each hotel, the group rates differ depending on the number of beds and bed sizes.
Best Western Premier Richmond City Gateway
This Best Western location is a certified Virginia GREEN Hotel. Located off of I-95 just south of the City of Richmond, the hotel is convenient for those traveling to Richmond via car. Additionally, they are an approximately 6 minute drive from attractions in downtown Richmond.
This hotel includes free on-site parking, including EV charging and truck/RV parking, and free WiFi, and features a fitness center and on-site bar and restaurant. This hotel is 100% non-smoking and not pet friendly.
Hilton Richmond Downtown
The Hilton Richmond Downtown is within walking distance (approximately 5 minutes / 0.2 miles) of the cocktail hour and reception venue.
This hotel includes an on-site restaurant, EV charging, an indoor pool and fitness center, and free WiFi.
This hotel has only valet parking available at $41 per car per day ($51 per car for oversized vehicles). Spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis for guests. They do not offer an airport shuttle.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Dogs are allowed with a $50 non-refundable fee and max weight of 50 lbs. A buffet breakfast is available for a fee.
Linden Row Inn
The Linden Row Inn is within walking distance (approximately 3 minutes / 0.1 mile) of the cocktail hour and reception venue.
There are a number of parking options available near the inn. The nearest parking garage is located on 2nd Street and Grace Street that offers hourly and daily rates.
The inn includes complimentary WiFi in all rooms and public areas, as well as complimentary access at the nearby YMCA. Rollaway beds and cribs are available for an additional charge. Pet friendly rooms are only available by direct booking.
