Rogue Valley International Airport-Medford

The Tea Pot on Wheels is located in Gold Hill which is about a 15-20 minute drive on Interstate 5.

We would recommend staying in Medford rather than Gold Hill. The hotels across the street from the airport are nice. There is a list of a few hotels in the 'Travel" tab. Airbnb or VRBO also have many options that we would recommend. Please reach out to Maggie or Ben if you need further advice!

The Tea Pot on Wheels has a gravel parking lot next to the building and across the street. There is also overflow parking at the gas station next door all available for guests. Check Google Maps to get a better idea. 😁

The venue owners have asked that no water activities take place on their grounds as to avoid safety and liability concerns. If it’s unbearably hot outside and you need to “be one with the fish” there is a State park next to the river that is 2 minutes away from the venue.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed by the venue owners. It will also likely be quite hot outside, so it's best to leave them at home!

Pinwheel sandwiches, veggie & fruit trays, and light snacks will be provided. Frozen margaritas, beer, seltzers, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
