This is a great little park about 20 minutes away from Medford. There is a small little creek that runs through and a playground for the little ones.
There are guided fishing trips available in Medford and Eagle Point, or you can reach out to Ben for a couple of spots he recommends.
This is a lovely winery with good views of the city and Mt. McLoughlin, with lots of hummingbirds and honeybees around.
Jacksonville is a cute little town just outside of Medford with a fun, small-town vibe and plenty of restaurants and little shops to look at!
Crater Lake is extremely beautiful, especially in the spring. It is a bit of a drive and you might end up committing most of a day to exploring the park.
These are great view points of the city and are very cool to hike. The trails will work your legs, so its not highly recommended for those with bad knees or the elderly.
The Redwoods are a great spot to check out if you are in the area. It is about a 2.5 hour drive from Medford, so you might be committing a whole day to exploring, but it is 100% worth the drive!
Applegate Lake is about an hour away from Medford and is totally worth the drive (especially if it's a hot weekend).
