WHAT TIMES ARE THE SHUTTLES TO AND FROM THE WEDDING?

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, Hidden Meadow &amp; Barn is generally accessible for guests of all abilities. There will be a golf cart available for any guests who need assistance moving around the grounds, and there aren't any stairs required throughout the different areas.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

In case of rain, the ceremony will take place in the reception pavilion.&nbsp;

ARE MY KIDS INVITED?

While we love your kids, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.

This is the best place to fly into for those traveling a bit farther. The wedding festivities will take place roughly 90 minutes south of the metro area in the Mississippi River valley. We recommend renting a car and enjoying the scenic drive!

Each room within the block includes two queen beds and free breakfast. Thursday night will be $165.90 and Fridays rate will be $205.90, before tax. Well provide shuttles between this hotel and the wedding venue the day of the wedding so guests can fully enjoy themselves! The reservation block will be released after Wednesday, July 19, 2023. UPDATE: There are still rooms available within the block as of 7/8, but you do need to call the hotel directly to access the room block. If you try to access it via the website, it will show the hotel is full.

Coffee Mill Inn & Suites

We are so excited to host you in this beautiful corner of Minnesota and Wisconsin! The stunning scenery and great outdoors of the area make it a place we both love, as it offers something different in every season. We hope you take some time to explore while you're in the area!

Paddle, bike, and play in the most scenic hidden pieces of wilderness in Mississippi Rivers vast and glorious Bluff Country.  BPG  offers guided tours to explore the woods and waters of the area. For those who want to explore on their own, they rent out kayaks, paddleboards, canoes and bikes, offer shuttle services and provide route recommendations.

Check out some of the trails going up and down the bluffs in the area for some great views of the valley.

Pepin is the birthplace of Laura Ingalls Wilder, so stop by to see the place that inspired it all! Visit the museum in town to see artifacts and learn more Laura's life and the local area, and then stop by the replica of the Little House in the Big Woods, called the The Wayside Cabin, located just outside of town.

Take the beautiful drive 45 minutes over to Red Wing, MN to explore local shops, hike up to the top of Barn Bluff Hill for fabulous views of the river valley, have a beer at the Red Wing Brewery, and don't forget to stop in for a new pair of Red Wing boots!

The National Eagle Center is home to several non-releasable Bald Eagles and the surrounding area is a nesting place for hundreds of other eagles. Further afield, the Center offers field trips, habitat tours, and more to experience the local flora and fauna.
