Once upon a time, two hearts were destined to cross paths. MaKayla and Shawn met their freshman year of college at Valdosta State University, and from that moment on, they knew they had found something special.

After dating for a time in college and after graduation, Shawn popped the question in Italy outside of St. Peter's Basilica. Without hesitation, MaKayla said "yes" and the couple began planning their happily ever after.

Their love has only continued to grow stronger since that day, and they are excited to embark on their next adventure as husband and wife. MaKayla and Shawn are both avid travelers, lovers of attending sporting events, their sneaker collections and good food, and their shared passions have brought them even closer together.

As they prepare to say "I do," they are filled with gratitude for the love and support of their family and friends. They can't wait to celebrate this special day with all of their loved ones and start the next chapter of their love story.
