October 10- Mehndi Ceremony

Venue- Spring Gardens & Farmstay

11 AM - 3 PM



The Mehndi (Henna) Ceremony takes place a few days before the wedding. The bride will get her bridal mehndi done, and all guests are welcome to join in. Mehndi is traditionally done on the hands of guests, so please see one of the artists on the day of and get lovely henna designs on your hands!



October 10- Cocktail Night

Venue- Spring Gardens & Farmstay

7 PM onwards


At our wedding, we’re excited to include a cocktail hour as part of the celebration. This is a relaxed and enjoyable time for you to grab a drink, savor some light snacks, some music and mingle with fellow guests. It’s a wonderful opportunity to socialize, and get to know our couple. We look forward to celebrating with you!

October 11- Haldi Ceremony

Venue- Spring Gardens & Farmstay

11 AM - 2PM


A beauty pack made from turmeric, gram flour, and almond oil is applied to the bride and groom on the morning of the wedding to make them ready and glow for their big day! And the bride puts on her bridal bangles (Choorha).

October 11- Sehra Bandi and Baraat

Venue- Spring Gardens & Farmstay

8 PM onwards


Sehra Bandi is the ceremony where the groom’s face is covered by tying a multi-stranded garland to his paghadi (turban). “Sehra” is the actual garland headgear and “Bandi” means to tie. Guest also wear Safa/Pagdi as tradition.


A baraat is a celebratory wedding procession for the groom involving live music and dancing along with all the Baraati's ( guests who are present during the baraat).


October 11- The Wedding Day

Venue- Spring Gardens & Farmstay

Followed by Baraat


The Shaadi is the official religious marriage ceremony and occurs on the final day. The bride & groom finalize their marriage with a Hindu pundit while reciting vows and walking 7 times around a ceremonial fire.
