Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
The Banff Springs has wonderful accommodations and is where we will be hosting our wedding. These rooms are on the more expensive side and sell out quickly. We have not blocked off any rooms under our name. For nearby hotels a short 4min cab ride away and less pricey please see Emily's Myers discounted rooms below.
Calgary International Airport
The Calgary airport is the closet major airport to Banff and is at least an hour and 30 mins drive. Please see our links below for shuttles and car rental options.
Emily Myers
Banff during the summer months is very busy. 2017 in particular will be even busier than usual do to Parks Canada waiving park fees. As such, Hotel arrangements have been made to ensure that guests do not need to worry about finding accommodations.

Moose Hotel and Suites
Superior hotel room with 2 queen beds $369 plus tax per night.

Standard hotel room with 1 queen bed $329 plus tax per night.

Superior Hotel Room with two queen beds $289 plus tax per night.
The Delta
Premier Hotel Room with 2 queen beds or a single king and a fireplace $359 plus tax per night.
Jr. Suite with a single king bed and a sitting area $429 plus tax per night.
Charltons Banff
A loft style hotel room with a single king bed $289 plus tax per night.
Suite featuring a kitchenette, a queen bed and two twin beds $319 plus tax per night.
Please note that the Moose Hotel and Suites, the Fox Hotel and Suites and the Ptarmigan Inn require a 2 night minimum stay. The Delta and the Charltons do not.

Banff Airporter Inc Shuttle
The town Banff is located in the Rocky Mountains on Alberta's western border with British Columbia. Banff is about an hour and half driving distance from Calgary, via the TransCanada Highway.
For a stress free commute, you can grab the Banff Airporter Shuttle, departing from the Calgary Airport between 10:00am and 10:30pm.
Upon your arrival, you'll find the ticket counter located inside the airport between exit doors 5 and 6 at area "B" of the main arrivals level. They are conveniently located between Tim Horton's and Starbucks!
Calgary Airtport Car rental
For those that would like to drive, there are many options for car rentals at the Calgary airport. Please feel free to search Kyak for the best deal.
Banff is an hour and a half drive west of Calgary. There are many scenic stops along the way to enjoy the views and wildlife, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy.
