Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love your little ones, we ask that they please stay at home on our wedding day.
What should I wear?
Attire is Tropical Formal. Generally less fancy than other types of formal attire, as colors and patterns are more freely incorporated.
Tea-length dresses and jumpsuits are acceptable for ladies. Feel free to up the elegance with a metallic or lace fabric.
Men should opt for a lighter colored suit. No shorts or sandals please!
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is plenty of parking right inside the venue gates. If the venue lot fills up, free street and public parking is available in Downtown Fort Walton Beach.
Is there a shuttle?
Yes! A sprinter van will make multiple pick-up and drop-off stops at all Beach Weekend properties and block hotels. Seating will be limited to 9 passengers per trip.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
The ceremony will be held on an outdoor lawn overlooking the picturesque Santa Rosa sound. The cocktail hour and reception will encompass the entire property: the lawn, covered patio, and indoor great room. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the covered patio.
Is the ceremony unplugged?
Yes. We ask that you please silence and store your cell phones during the ceremony. This will allow our photographer to capture our most precious moments in their purest form. We appreciate your understanding.
Where should I sit during the ceremony?
Aside from the front row, please take a seat wherever you would like! We consider each of you our family!
