Marisa met Maddie in Las Vegas through her husband Steven. After Steven met Marisa at training in New Mexico, he told Maddie they would be great friends. Well, Steven was right, because despite their short time of knowing each other, their friendship has quickly grown into quite a special one. Maddie and Marisa are both similar in personality and interests; adventurous, with a shared love of the beach and their pups (who may or may not be dating). Maddie will always have your back and has been a true friend to Marisa that she can always depend on for anything (including her beautiful handmade crafts)!

Nick and Alex have been friends since the 3rd grade. He was Nick's first friend when he and his family moved from West Palm Beach to Weston. It doesn't matter how long they have been apart, they always can pick-up right where they left off. Nick knows he can count on Alex for anything.

Kiana and Marisa graduated from UF and commissioned together. Like Marisa and Nick, they started becoming close in Destin Florida while waiting to go active duty. Their friendship deepened even further while both were training in New Mexico. Kiana and Marisa share a close connection due to their sporty personalities and have spent lots of time together on the beach and the slopes. Kiana is the life of the party whenever she goes and is the best wingwoman you could ever have!

Donny and Nick became friends in college through ROTC and drill team. No one stays in-touch with or checks-in on his friends better than Donny does. Nick can always trust him to have his back and be along for any ride. Most notably, Donny is the best hype-man there is!

Marisa met Lindsay while stationed in Ohio. This was a difficult time in Marisa’s life and despite just meeting, Lindsay was the high caliber friend she needed. Lindsay and Marisa bonded over their military relationships, boxing classes, and love of dogs. When Lindsay moved to Colorado she made sure to stay in touch, and even helped facilitate visits with Nick while he was training in Colorado. Lindsay has a deep love of fitness and has the best taste in cupcakes and sweets!

Nick and Shawn met and work together in Las Vegas. They quickly bonded over a love of sports, especially football. Their similar sense of humor further strengthened their friendship. Since moving to Vegas, Shawn has been Nick's most trusted confidant.

Marisa and Sara met thanks to Nick. After meeting Sara while hanging out with a friend from work, Nick told Marisa she and Sara would get along well and needed to meet. Boy was he right! Sara and Marisa share southern roots and a love of red wine and SEC football. They frequent concerts, dinner, and church together and look forward to many future hiking, skiing, and sightseeing trips!

Andrew was the first person Nick met upon arriving to his very first duty station, Eglin AFB. Through the years, both while working together at Eglin, and later while stationed at Wright Patterson with Marisa, Andrew has shown time and time again that he is a great friend. Despite his many joking antics, it is clear he will always be there for Nick and Marisa.

Alyssa is Nick’s younger sister. She and Marisa have shared many fun memories during family visits to Tampa, South Florida, and even San Antonio. Alyssa is always there to support Nick and Marisa and knows the best spots in Miami and Fort Lauderdale! She is a highly skilled bartender as well. Nick says she makes the best old fashioned he’s ever had!

Since meeting freshman year of college, James has been one of Nick's most loyal friends. During their time at UF, James would always make time whenever Nick wanted to hang out, whether that meant hitting the gym or just grabbing dinner. To this day, James continues to meet up with Nick for events, concerts, and football games whenever possible.

One of Nick's closest friends from high school - part of the main group he spent his younger days with. Nick still frequents the Colorado Rockies on ski trips with Keith and the gang.

Another of Nick's best friends that was part of his close high school circle and frequents his boys' ski trips. Sean was also one of the highlights of Nick and Marisa's 2022 work summer in DC!
