Once you have arrived in Cancun, you will go through immigration, get your bags (note: if you bring clubs they will be in a special items claim not the normal baggage claim), then make your way outside. There will be people asking if you want a car or a ride. Keep walking. Find someone who has a Moon Palace shirt on, or asking anyone where the Moon Palace guy is and they’ll get you to them. You will take a charter bus with others that are going to Moon Palace. Just remember if you booked The Grand or Nizuc so you get off at the right lobby.
