Transportation will be provided from the hotels, but in case you choose to drive, here is the car policy at our venue:

Car Pick Up Policy at Ever After Farms Ranch: If a vehicle needs to be left due to safety reasons, it must be picked up by 11am the following day. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed.

Guests at Hampton Inn & Suites-Stuart North:

**Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North guests to be downstairs by 2:10pm**

2:15pm: Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North pick up for guests on the bus then it will go to Comfort Inn with the sprinter for the remaining guests

Guests at Comfort Inn & Suites Stuart-Hutchinson Island:

**Comfort Inn & Suites Stuart-Hutchinson Island guests to be downstairs by 2:50pm**

3:00pm: Comfort Inn guests picked up by both bus and sprinter and head to venue!
