My name is Rachel. I've known Markie since before Markie knew me. That sounds stalker-y but I promise it's just cuz I'm the older sister. Markie and I have many many memories together, my favorite of which being our dance routine to get your shine on by Jesse McCartney for the talent show we put on for our neighbors (listen I know it sounds cringey and it probably was but we definitely thought we were the shit). Peytona fits right in with our crazy family, making jokes and laughing along with the rest of us like the night we stayed up playing cards and cracking up in our Airbnb when we visited them in Florida. I'm so excited to officially welcome Peyton into our family and to have another brother! Let's get this party started!

Hi, I’m Hannah and by this time next year I’ll be Markie’s sister in law! I’ve know Markie for a little over 9 years now! Markie’s always been such a joy to be around definitely brightens any room. She gives some of the best advice and is a friend to everyone she meets. Some of my favorite moments with Markie have been our double dates with her and Peyton! Hi my name is Trace. I obviously know Peyton because of my sister Markie. I've known Peyton for 4 years now. The first time I met him was when Markie introduced him at my parent's house at Christmas in 2018. My first impression was that he was a good guy and had a good sense of humor. My favorite story has to be when Peyton asked my dad if he could ask Markie to marry him! We were putting in new cabinets in his parents house and he had stopped by on a lunch break to ask the question. He was so nervous to the point where it was comical. I got a great kick out of it! There’s too many memories and stories with Markie to choose just one, but if I had to pick one it would be all the time we spent playing catch as kids!

Hi there, my name is Autumn and Peyton is my favorite older brother and Markie is my favorite sister in law! I’m so blessed to have them both in my life because they have modeled to me what a true, pure love looks like! People have always told me to “date your best friend” but I never truly knew what that meant until Peyton and Markie’s love explained it so naturally to me! Peyton has always been, and forever will be, a significant factor in my growth as an individual. Having a role model such as Peyton has given me the opportunity to flourish into the person I am today. He has always been outgoing, intelligent, and the best possible brother a sibling could ask for. In earlier years, Peyton and I would play video games like there was no tomorrow. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I practiced, it seems that he always found a way to beat me. Even in these times of passionate defeat, the time spent between us was really special. Her outgoing personality, drive, and maturity is what makes Markie so unique. Every time Markie's around, she always brings a rain of sunshine to everyone's mood. Hi everyone! My name is Tabitha Lavin and I am Peyton’s older sister. Even though I am the oldest sibling, Peyton has brought guidance and protection like the older sibling . Whenever I need good advice, I always turn to Peyton because he always knows what to say and do. The second Markie came into the picture, she fit our family like a glove. We could tell the question wasn't "if", but "when" they would be getting married. For years and years, I have looked at Markie as a sister more than anything else. They have been with me through thick and thin, good and bad, and have always stood by my side. I don’t know what I without them. I have been waiting on this moment and been so excited and grateful that she will officially be apart of the family! She will be there to care for my brother for the rest of his life. Hi I'm Michael Zebrowski. I've known Peyton for tooooooooo long. I met him at WIU on our orientation day in 2014. There are too many memories with Peyton to count. My favorite one has to be when we both meant to study for our Econ final, but someone gave us a bottle of booze. We decided to drink it all instead of studying. Didn't matter though because we passed the exam with the exact scores we needed. (That's the most PG story I can tell). I'm most excited for Peyton and Markie to have a kid so I can spoil the child rotten!

I met Markie at WIU but the summer of 2018 that we spent together, is when we became forever friends. Lots of laughter, some tears, & many memories were made that summer, really forming the foundation of our friendship. From pool days to last minute adventures to see Shania Twain (BEST CONCERT EVER!), we did it all together. As time goes on & life changes from late night cold walks back home from the Pace to taking on the sunshine state, we continue to be each other’s biggest supporters & ultimate hype women. Beyond blessed to stand next to her as she starts on new chapter of life.

My name is Nick Dollenmaier, also known as Nick D. Peyton and I met on the battlefield of WIU, me a recent survivor and he a current solider. I've known him for 6 or so years. All I can say about what I thought of him when we first met is baby blue. While not the greatest or most riveting story, my fondest memory with Peyton was a fire I had and for some reason everyone else went inside and it was just us outside. There, he told me about how much he loved Markie, how he was going to be with her the rest of his life, and we spoke like we were old friends. It was in that moment, and many others, that I realized Peyton and I would be friends despite the distance, time, and his awful choice in clothes. I'm most excited for Peyton and Markie to move back home.

Hi my name is Jelly! The amount of times I’ve had to defend that Markie is not short for anything is countless! The look we give each other when people ask how we became friends is priceless. My forever baseball and drinking gal. I love how much you’ve always been there for me and everyone else you know. We have never failed to pick up right where we left off. I love how you used to “tan” (burn) right before every time you’d come visit me. I love that we would out drink every one at a party and then crawl into “thug life” hoodies and knock out unconscious until the next afternoon. I love how you would photoshop me into family pictures if I couldn’t make the photo shoot. I have so many great memories with you and one of my favorites was right before I was moving out of Illinois. We went out “for one drink” and after we somehow made it home, we crawled around your living room like animals while Peyton made us Mac and cheese that I spilled all over the floor and cried about it while you picked it up and fed it to me anyways. We cried and we laughed and we ate and found out bright and early in the morning that you left your phone in the Uber from the night before. It was easily one of the best nights I’ve had with you AND your future husband and it made me love you both even more!

Hi I'm THE Kevin Baldwin. I met Peyton because he was my roommate sophomore year of college at Western. I've know him for about 6 years. I first met him when he walked into my room on move in day and saw all his stuff took over the whole room including my side. He then walked in the room with Colt and said "Hey mans I'm Peyton. We're going to Theta Xi want to come?" He then said "By the way, you'll be a Theta Xi by the end of this year." My thoughts were "ya right. I feel like I'm never goin to see him much." One of my favorite memories with Peyton is one night while I was playing xbox in mine and Peyton's room, Peyton walked in and said he was going to crash for the night. After 20 mins went by I raised my tv volume up a little to watch Netflix. Peyton sat up and said "really dude are you serious?" I said "my bad man i can lower it." Peyton starts yelling "No dude don't even." I sat there confused looking at him and said "alright man my bad." Peyton then yells "if you touch me I'm going to lay you out" and points at me. I yelled "dude whats your problem?" Peyton looks at me then his hand and says "what's going on?" I tell him about our conversation. He then says "Did i forget to tell you I have night terrors sometimes?" We both laughed and he apologized for threatening to beat me up in his sleep.
