The ceremony location is approx. a 5-minute drive from Bear Valley. Please plan to leave the Bear Valley lobby no later than 3:30 pm and drive to the ceremony location. Carpooling is encouraged. A driving map will be provided on the day of. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. The ceremony location is a beautiful platform overlooking the central sierra nevada mountains.

Following the ceremony, please drive back to Bear Valley and enjoy an hour of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.

After cocktail hour, please find your seats and enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing. Since we are the only people staying at Bear Valley, there is no end time!
