To maximize our fun times and to enjoy your weekend in the woods -- we kindly ask that you reserve two nights at Bear Valley. Trust us, you won’t want to miss a single moment of the festivities (or the late-night snacks!). So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable weekend adventure.

To make the most of our time together, we’ve reserved Bear Valley for the entire weekend, ensuring that we’ll be the only guests at the venue.

1. Go to https://www.bearvalley.com/lodging

2. Click the “BOOK NOW” button, it is located on the bottom section of the webpage. Please be sure to enter the correct dates of August 22 - 24, 2025.

3. In order to get the wedding group rate, please enter the booking code “mckennaandnathan2025” under the “group code” tab when searching for availability.

THE DEADLINE TO RESEVE ROOMS IS TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING (August 8th). After this date, the portal will close and all room reservations are final.
