When is the RSVP Deadline?
Please RSVP by September 18, 2024.
What will the weather be like?
January is characterized by high temperatures and low rainfall. Daytime temperatures hover around 80°F, while nights can cool down to about 70°F. Bring a sweater for the cool nights or just use your towel as a blanket.
Should I exchange US Dollars for Pesos?
Some restaurants, bars, and other vendors in Sayulita are cash only so we do recommend exchanging some cash prior to your arrival. We recommend going to an Intercam bank where you will get the best exchange rate. ATMs in town are known run out! Intercam Banco Flamingos is on the way from the Airport and beside the grocery store if you want your taxi driver to stop.
What is a Beach Chic dress code?
Think sophisticated yet breezy attire that reflects the beauty of the seaside setting.......
For MEN:
Opt for lightweight, breathable fabrics such as linen or cotton. Choose tailored suits or dress shirts paired with dress pants. A tie is optional, but consider a blazer for added refinement......
For WOMEN:
Select elegant maxi dresses or flowing gowns in light, airy fabrics like chiffon or silk. Choose styles that allow for movement and comfort while exuding a formal aesthetic.
When choosing shoes, consider that the ceremony and reception will be on grass.......
Earth tones and neutral shades are the perfect choice for a beach chic dress code, complementing the beauty of the surroundings. Think hues inspired by sand, sunsets, and coastal landscapes (such as soft beige, terracotta, olive green, or muted coral, gray or black).......
Overall, aim for attire that combines sophistication with beachside practicality. Evenings may get chilly, so bring a shawl or light jacket.
What should I pack?
Swimsuits and beach attire. Pack what you need for any planned adventures (hiking, surfing, fishing, margarita drinking, etc) and something nice for the evening events. bring a good shoe to walk around town, the ground is pretty uneven. Keep anything valuable at home!
Wedding celebrations will all be outdoors and on grass. I recommend a chunky heel if you go that route.
Can I drink the water in Sayulita?
As a precaution, we recommend drinking bottled water. The pharmacies around town will have giant jugs that you can purchase if your accommodations do not provide them. Try to avoid swallowing ocean water as well!
How long should I stay?
We recommend staying for at least 3 nights to experience the town. Most are arriving Thursday or Friday and leaving Sunday or Monday.
