GETTING TO SAYULITA
International Airport - PUERTO VALLARTA (PVR)
Sayulita is about 45 minutes north of the airport.
A one-way taxi trip should be about $50-60 USD. Depending on where you stay, they can help arrange your airport ride.
We do not recommend renting a car, though once you get to town, taxis and GOLF CARTS are available for rental to get around.

TAXI from airport:
TAXI: As soon as you exit customs at the airport there will be booths to get a taxi. The people behind the booths will be yelling at you “taxi, taxi” and yes that’s where you go. You will pay first for the taxi and get a receipt and be taken to a driver. The reason for this is because they have to pay a tax to pick up from the airport. The cost should be around $60USD to Sayulita.
UBER:
You can grab an Uber in PV to Sayulita, but there are not usually Uber’s in Sayulita (unless they’ve just done a drop off). There are 4 major taxi stands in town that you can use while you’re here around town or to take to back to the airport.
GOLF CARTS: Great way to get around town. Easy to park, carry ice & cases of beer, groceries, transportation to and from events, etc.

STAY A WHILE
SAYULITA has many lodging options. We want to give you some insight into the different areas and encourage you to find the accommodation that best suits you. You should know that EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE—IT'S A SMALL TOWN! The Wedding Venue is located on the North Side of town.
NORTH SIDE - The north side of town is across the river bed - this area is a little sleepier and a little further from the lively town. Our favorite beach spots are on this side of town.
SOUTH SIDE - The south side of town is close to nightlife and more tourist beaches, offering surf lessons, fishing, and whale-watching charters. It can be a bit noisy at night.
CLOSE TO THE PLAZA - Sayulita's central plaza and heart of town have a vibrant nightlife. This is your place if you want to be the center of the party.

La Puesta Sayulita
Wedding Block! For those of you who are new to the area, and keep things simple, we have set up a wedding block close to the venue. Only a few doors down or a short walk on the beach, it is new and offers plenty of service to make your travels as smooth and easy as possible. They can even help arrange the airport shuttle! There is a three-night minimum stay for all rooms.
