When should I RSVP by?

Kindly respond by July 1st.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our friends and family get fancy with us! Ladies should wear floor-length or midi-length formal dresses, or a formal jumpsuit. Gentlemen should wear a suit, with or without a tie. Please no jeans or denim. We encourage you to get inspired by the beautiful and bright colors of summer! Feel free to check out our 'Attire Inspo' tab for more inspiration.

Is there parking at the venue?

Unfortunately, no. There is no parking at the wedding venue and therefore, we recommend that our guests plan to stay at the wedding until the end. Shuttle service will be provided and required to and from the venue, and we’ll share details soon about the designated pickup locations. Uber and Lyft do not operate in this area and won't be available. We completely understand, however, that some families or individuals may prefer to head out earlier. To accommodate this, we plan to have a shuttle departing the venue earlier in the night for those who wish to leave before the end of the evening.

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people, and only our favorite people. If your invitation doesn’t mention a plus one, that means it’s just you, superstar. Please don’t bring a bonus guest.

Are kids invited?

Yes — children are welcome! Whether you bring your little ones or take a night off, the choice is yours. Our ceremony will be short and sweet; if your child tends to be restless, we suggest a quiet exit plan or watching from the back so everyone can enjoy the moment.

Are phones/pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away in pockets, purses, or bags. We’re hiring an amazing professional photographer who will beautifully capture every moment. After the ceremony, you’re more than welcome to snap photos to your heart’s content.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, we will be serving drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert throughout the night.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm. The shuttles will drop you off at the venue between 4:00 pm and 4:25 pm. We will be providing further instructions about what time and where to meet for the shuttles soon.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors, but the walls of the reception space fully open. Wind Mountain Ranch gets its name for a reason, so be sure to bring a light jacket for the evening breeze. Ladies — the ceremony will be on grass, so just keep that in mind when picking your heels!
