Once you’ve booked lodging for the wedding weekend, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to help us coordinate shuttle service and assign the nearest pickup location.

Designated shuttle hubs will be in Hood River, OR and Stevenson, WA; we’ll share exact pickup and drop-off addresses and times closer to the wedding. There is no parking at the venue, so all guests must take their assigned shuttle to and from the celebration.

If you haven’t booked accommodations yet, you can return later to update the form. If you plan to drive back to the Portland area after the wedding instead of staying overnight, we’ll direct you to the best shuttle pickup/drop-off based on availability—please indicate that in the form.
