Butte is a small town with a small uber and lyft presence, wait times may be long. We recommend getting a rental car or having someone to carpool with. There are buses and taxis, but wait time may be extensive.

The ceremony will be outdoors, but the reception is indoors.

We designated the dress code as dressy casual. Feel free to wear jeans as long as they are nice, but please wear a collared shirt. Please avoid wearing the color white.

Children are welcome at the ceremony as well as the reception.

The hotel has a bar adjacent to the ballroom, and there will be a bar table setup to service the wedding. The bride and groom will pay for a set number of drinks for the guests, but guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional drinks. This will be a cash bar. PLEASE TIP YOUR BARTENDER.

The reception is located in historic uptown Butte. Our DJ will be gone by 11pm, but if people want to continue to party, there are a number of bars located just a couple blocks from Hotel Finlen.
