Adam and Megan swiped right on each other’s profiles on Tinder (if you’re wondering, Megan actually sent the first message—about ice hockey!), and the rest is history! They started dating just before the pandemic, which gave them the opportunity to become extremely close during quarantine. Megan famously asked the server at their second date for “extra lemons for her iced tea” and proceeded to eat one, something Adam has never let her live down!

We realized our paths crossed multiple times long before we ever met. In high school, Megan played field hockey for RPCS, and Adam played football for Spalding. When RPCS would play games at Spalding, the field hockey team would watch the football team while not playing and vice-versa since the fields were right next to each other! Another example of our paths crossing is when Megan took Adam on a tour of Baltimore for the first time. She was driving him past Papi’s to show him where she worked when he blurted out “wait, my cousins live at that house right there!” Adam, not being familiar with Baltimore neighborhoods, couldn’t remember the name of the area his cousin Justin lived in. As it turns out, he lived a block away from Papi’s in Hampden! Our paths had crossed countless other times but somehow we had never met each other. Thank goodness divine intervention came through and had us match with each other on Tinder!
