Can I bring a date/plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited space at the venue, we are unable to accommodate anyone not listed on your formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
What about children?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy this special occasion with us and take the opportunity for a relaxing evening out. Thank you for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family dress up for a night of fun with us! The dress code for our wedding is Formal/Black-Tie Optonal.
While black tie is preferred, it is certainly not required! Formal attire is also welcome. For example: floor length or tea length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, tuxedos, and tailored suits! For those who wish to wear dresses, we ask that you do not wear dresses that fall any higher than knee-length. For those who wish to wear suits, we ask that you wear a suit jacket and a tie or bow tie. If there are any questions about the dress code or if an outfit is appropriate, please reach out to Megan.
We kindly ask that guests avoid dresses that are shades of white, cream, and ivory as well as dresses made up primarily of shades of pink in order to the bride and wedding party to stand out. Florals and bright spring/summer colors are encouraged!
Is there parking at the venue?
There is a parking lot right outside of the venue that will provide more than enough free parking for those who wish to drive. However, if you plan on drinking, we encourage you to share an Uber with friends or carpool with a sober driver!
Will there be a shuttle/transportation?
We will be running a shuttle to and from the hotel and wedding venue for guests who have booked rooms for the night. The shuttle will depart from the hotel on Saturday 4/26 at 4:30pm in order to get to the venue before our 5pm wedding ceremony. The shuttle will return to the venue twice throughout the evening to bring guests back. Return shuttles will leave the venue at 8:30pm and 10pm.
The shuttle schedule will also be available at the hotel upon check in on the itinerary in your welcome bag.
I have a food allergy or other dietary restriction. Can I still eat the meal provided at the wedding?
Our goal is for every single person attending our wedding to feel safe while enjoying their meal. You may report any allergies or dietary restrictions after selecting your protein of choice on the RSVP page for each individual person. Please feel free to pick whichever protein you wish to eat! We will report all allergies and restrictions to our caterer, who will tailor your protein of choice to your individual allergies or restrictions. The caterer has confirmed they have separate prep areas based on a person’s allergies to avoid cross-contamination. Our wedding will have individually plated meals (instead of buffet style) and we will be utilizing place cards so the servers know exactly which plate goes to which person. We hope this eases some of the fears that people with food allergies or dietary restrictions face when eating away from home. If you have any other concerns regarding your meal, please feel free to reach out to Megan!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes—drinks are on us! While not required, bringing cash tips for the bartenders is always appreciated to recognize hard work and outstanding service!
Will there be any COVID-19 precautions in place?
While there are no specific COVID-19 precautions planned for our wedding, we understand that everyone’s comfort levels vary. We encourage our guests to take any personal precautions they feel necessary to ensure their safety and well-being. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. We do ask anyone who is sick or experiencing symptoms to please stay home, and we can find another way to celebrate together once you are feeling better!
What is the best way to RSVP?
We kindly request that you RSVP online through our wedding website. By doing so, you can choose your meal for the evening and let us know of any food allergies while you RSVP. Please confirm your attendance by Saturday, March 15, 2025, so we can finalize our guest count. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated!
I would love to get you a gift, but some items on your registry are out my budget. What options do I have?
We appreciate your generosity and for thinking of us! Any item over $200 on our registry is classified as a “group gift” on its parent website (ex Amazon, Crate & Barrel, etc.). This means that you may click on the item and contribute any amount you wish towards the purchase of that specific gift! Alternatively, we have a cash fund listed as our “Honeymoon Fund” which you may contribute to if you prefer. Finally, we will have a locked card box at our wedding if you wish to write a check or give cash. Again, we very much appreciate your generosity as we begin this next chapter of our journey together!
I have another question not answered here!
No problem! Shoot us a text and we’d be happy to answer any other questions you may have!
