The Welcome Party is the kickoff event for the wedding week! There will be pizza, drinks and a giant round of Bunco! This is a fun dice game where there is no skill involved and it will be a great way to start to get to know all the guests for the wedding! WARNING - It is pretty much guaranteed that you will meet people that will become great friends! Dinner (pizza) and non- alcoholic drinks will be provided for all guests and a cash bar is available if you'd like to have beer, wine, or even a signature cocktail designed by Jono! UPDATE: There is an optional buy-in of $5 (cash, venmo, zelle, estransfer). For those that buy in, we will track winners and award cash prizes. You can absolutely play without buying in, we just wont count your scores in the ranking at the end.

Come to Mt. Bachelor - one of the Pacific Northwest's premier skiing destinations - for a day full of Alpine or Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing and/or just hanging out by the fire with a pancake breakfast or grilled cheese and tomato soup later in the day. Transportation will be coordinated closer to the wedding week, but there is a shuttle guests can purchase to bring them to Mt. Bachelor from Sunriver Resort and back (typically $30 round trip). Or if you have a rental car or your own vehicle, it is a short 30 minute drive from Sunriver Resort to the mountain. If snow activities are not your thing - Megan will be hanging out at the base of the slopes with food and drinks. Here are the details:

UPDATE! We will start the crawl at Crux Fermentation Project (50 SW Division St, Bend, OR 97702, United States) at 1pm and will be there for roughly 1.5 hours. Guests are welcome to leave their cars at Crux, as we will also be ending back there. At 2:30 we will then make the short walk towards Immersion Brewing/UPP (550 SW Industrial Way #185, Bend, OR 97702), Bledsoe's Winery (550 SW Industrial Way Suite 198, Bend, OR 97702), and Stoller winery (555 NW Arizona Ave, Bend, OR 97703). Spending about an hour at each location. There are also shops, restaurants and other bars within the same center. Around 5:30, we will head back to Crux for a last drink, and dinner. This is meant to be a casual event, so feel free to pop in whenever suits you and leave at any time. Megan and Jono will be around for the whole crawl.

Please join the wedding party at 10 Barrel Brewing Eastside in a private room upstairs and enjoy all their amazing beers! There will be a cash bar offering a selection of beer, wine, and hard alcohol. Food will not be provided but after the happy hour, guests may request a table for dinner downstairs in the restaurant.

The big wedding day! The ceremony and reception will be in the beautiful, historic Great Hall. Champagne will be served as of 3:30pm, and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. The whole wedding will take place indoors. There will also be a patio with heaters outside for anyone wanting to take a break to enjoy the crisp Central Oregon air. There will also be a secure place for coats and winter shoes. Please note: smoking of any kind is prohibited at the venue due to wildfire hazards.

Brunch to follow the big night! Come when you are able to, this is an open invite with no schedule besides sharing stories and enjoying breakfast! The brunch will be in the common room at the Pines, across the street from the wedding venue. You can park at the Pines or across the street at the Great Hall.
