The Welcome Party is the kickoff event for the wedding week! There will be food, drinks and a giant round of Bunco! This is a fun dice game where there is no skill involved and it will be a great way to start to get to know all the guests for the wedding! WARNING - It is pretty much guaranteed that you will meet people that will become great friends! Dinner and non- alcoholic drinks will be provided for all guests and a cash bar is available if you'd like to have beer or wine.

Come to Mt. Bachelor - one of the Pacific Northwest's premier skiing destinations - for a day full of Alpine or Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing and/or just hanging out by the fire with a pancake breakfast or BBQ later in the day. Transportation will be coordinated closer to the wedding week, but there is a shuttle guests can purchase to bring them to Mt. Bachelor from Sunriver Resort and back (typically $30 round trip). Or if you have a rental car or your own vehicle, it is a short 30 minute drive from Sunriver Resort to the mountain. If snow activities are not your thing - Megan will be hanging out at the base of the slopes with food and drinks. Here are the details:

Bend, Oregon is one of the top places for craft beer in the United States and Oregon is home to some amazing wineries! Join us as we visit multiple breweries and wineries in downtown Bend. The details are being ironed out and more information will be provided closer to the event.

Please join the wedding party at 10 Barrel Brewing Eastside in a private room upstairs and enjoy all their amazing beers! There will be a cash bar offering a selection of beer, wine, and hard alcohol. Food will not be provided but after the happy hour, guests may request a table for dinner downstairs in the restaurant.

The big wedding day! The ceremony and reception will be in the beautiful, historic Great Hall. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. The whole wedding will take place indoors. There will also be a patio with heaters outside for anyone wanting to take a break to enjoy the crisp Central Oregon air. There will also be a secure place for coats and winter shoes. Please note: smoking of any kind is prohibited at the venue due to wildfire hazards. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime starting at 2:15PM where they can enjoy some signature drinks or a glass of wine before the ceremony. (Non alcoholic drink options will also be available)
