We encourage all of our guests to wear summer formal attire. Please keep in mind our bridesmaids will be wearing baby pink!

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow for parking and arriving to the ceremony location

Yes! Mad River Barn has ample parking available for our guests

While we love your little ones, we are asking for our ceremony and reception to be adult only. Please take this weekend as an opportunity to enjoy a weekend away with your partner!

If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty are all held at the Mad River Barn. The ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside in the gardens.

Check out the "Travel" page on our site for more information on hotel room blocks. Please keep in mind, our wedding venue does have an inn on site. We have allotted these rooms for our family and wedding party. If we have not specifically told you a room number for the inn on premises, please head over to the "travel" portion of our website to book a room on our off site room block. (It's about 5 minutes away!)

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please keep in mind that there will be drinks available for purchase during our welcome dinner, and during the afterparty.

As much as we would love for you to bring your dogs, the inn on site as well as the room block inn does not allow animals unless they are service animals. Please reach out directly if you would like us to provide some boarding options in the area if you are unable to leave your dogs with family or friends.
