To book within our wedding block, please visit Mad River Lodge’s website and go to "Check Rates". Scroll down, and you will see " Group Bookings with Code". Enter the block dates (June 12, 2026 – June 14, 2026) and use access code CLW.

A two-night minimum stay is required.

If the initial block fills, we are able to open additional rooms. Please let Meg or Kris know if this occurs!

For guests wishing to stay for one night, we highly recommend Capital Plaza Hotel, located in Montpelier, which is about a 25-30 min drive from our venue. Keep in mind we do not have a room block for this hotel; simply recommending for those requiring a shorter stay!
