Please don’t stress out about flights, hotel, passports, or anything of the sort! We have our own travel agent, Cheyenne, on board to help us out.


Cheyenne will help you with getting your passport if need be, help you with booking your flights, help you with booking your hotel room at the venue for the wedding, and help with transportation to and from the airport. Cheyenne is working side by side with Melanie and Josh to make this go as smoothly as possible for everyone!

Cheyenne offers payment plans for up to 18 months to make this once in a lifetime vacation more affordable for everyone if need be! Most airlines (SouthWest and Spirit for sure) also offer payment plans and/or credit cards to help with paying for flights as well.

We are asking the bridal party to please arrive at the resort on or before Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Our recommended travel dates for EVERYONE are Wednesday, May 21, 2025 through Monday, May 26, 2025. However, please feel free to turn this into a week long vacation if you’d like! You will not be disappointed.

*THE LAST DAY TO BOOK ROOMS IS APRIL 13, 2025! If you decide to wait this long, you are at risk of not having a room at the hotel.
