Andrew and Melissa met in Carbondale, IL while attending school at Southern Illinois University.

Andrew at the time worked at Copper Dragon, a local concert venue. Melissa was out with her friends one night while Andrew was working as security in front of the stage for a local cover band.

After a night of dancing and stealing glances at one another Melissa and Andrew exchanged numbers. Little did they know, that night was the start of something truly special.

The next day, Andrew asked Melissa out on a date and the rest is history.
