We invite you to either RSVP online on our website with the QR code on the back of the RSVP Card. Or by mailing in the RSVP card included in your invitation. Please include your preferred choice for dinner and any dietary restrictions. If either of those RSVP options are not feasible please text or call Melissa at 630-808-1456.

Our RSVP deadline is set for 8/4/2024. This helps us give a final headcount to our vendors with ample time.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us.

Dress to impress! Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire to formal attire. Please keep in mind our ceremony will be held outside and the ground elements include pavement and grass.

Yes, we will have an open bar. During dinnertime the bar will be closed but we will have wine service throughout dinner.

We politely ask that during our wedding ceremony you remain unplugged. We have hired wonderful photographers and videographers to capture these precious moments for us- please live in the moment. Once our ceremony is over, fair game! We encourage the use of your phones to capture some awesome memories!

Our ceremony will be held outside at Arrowhead Golf Club the same venue as our reception. If it rains the day of our wedding then our ceremony will be held inside the venue.

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight into the venue where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages during cocktail hour.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Please include which option you prefer in your RSVP as well as any dietary restrictions. Our chef is able to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. You are able to leave your car overnight if you would like to take an Uber or Lyft home after the reception.

Yes, our venue has accessible parking spots, a wheelchair ramp to the door, an elevator to the second floor where the reception will be held and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The ceremony will be held just outside the venue in a grassy area.

Our wedding reception will end at 11pm. After the reception the hotel bar at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Naperville will remain open for our after-party. This is the hotel the bride and groom will be staying at.
