If you plan to stay in our room block at the Riu Palace Pacifico, please book your room by October 15th. After that date, any unused rooms in our block will be released. You can still book your room after October 15th if needed, but it will be based on availability.

Feel free to make your travel plans that suit your schedule and budget – we just would love to see you on the wedding day, January 31st! Please note that our room block at the Riu Pacifico Palace has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.

Yes! We hope everyone can join us for the Welcome Party - Sunset Cruise on Thursday, January 30th from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Shuttles will pick up from the hotel at 3:30 PM, boat will depart from the dock at 4:00 PM. RSVP for this event when you RSVP for the wedding.

While we would love to include all the wonderful little ones from our friends and family, we are only able to accommodate close family children. We hope you understand this decision and can still join us in celebrating our special day. Specific children are invited by personal invitation; please refer to your invitation for details. As noted, the Riu Palace Pacifico is an adults-only resort. However, there are two Riu sister properties adjacent to the Riu Palace Pacifico that are family-friendly and allow children. Guests staying at the Riu Palace Pacifico have access to these family-friendly hotels and their amenities. For more information, please reach out to our travel agent, Tracy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will specify [Your Name] + [Guest] if a plus one has been extended to you. If you did not receive a plus one but would still like to travel with a friend or significant other, you are welcome to do so. *Please note that events such as the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Wedding Reception are limited to invited guests only due to our capacity limitations. Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding/Reception - get ready to party!

If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We recommend informing wait staff of your restrictions and allergies, whenever possible and keeping any necessary medication on hand at all times.

We kindly ask for an "unplugged ceremony" without phones or cameras. Your presence is the greatest gift as we say "I do". We have a professional photographer capturing this moment for us, and we'll share the photos with you once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! QR codes will be displayed around the venue, linking to a shared album where you can upload and share your photos with the group.

Dress Code: Beachy Cocktail & Garden Chic For Ladies: Embrace flowy cocktail dresses or stylish jumpsuits in light, breezy fabrics. Feel free to accessorize with floral or beach-inspired touches for that extra flair! For Gentlemen: Opt for linen suits or dress shirts/polos paired with smart trousers. Feel comfortable to skip the tie and jacket for a relaxed vibe, and choose loafers or stylish closed-toe shoes. Quick Tip: Since we'll be on grass, let's keep our footwear smart and grass-friendly! The bridal party will be in an assortment of pastel colors, family will be in light blue. Can’t wait to see your fabulous outfits!

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors so please plan your outfits accordingly with the weather!

If you don't have an international phone plan, texting or calling from Mexico can be costly. Check with your mobile carrier for international roaming rates or temporary plans covering Mexico. For our wedding communications in Mexico, we'll rely on WhatsApp over Wi-Fi to avoid international texting fees.
