We first crossed paths on the Valley View campus, but back then, we were just strangers whose eyes might have met briefly and exchanged contact. It wasn’t until a fateful reconnection online that our story truly began. I (Michael) reached out on Facebook, drawn to Ohemaa’s warmth and charm, and couldn’t help but let her know my heart was already all in—I just needed her to consider giving it a chance. Though cautious, Ohemaa eventually said “yes,” and with that, a beautiful friendship took root and blossomed into something even deeper. Life took us on different paths for a while, but fate, as they say, had its plans.

Despite years apart, we reconnected, picking up right where we left off. For five years, ours was a love that thrived online. Though we rarely saw each other in person, we learned to trust in our love through messages, calls, and late-night conversations.
