At Terrapin Hill Farm! This is a beautiful 400 acre space that we have rented for the duration of the weekend. The Lexington airport is closer to the venue (about 45 mins. away) however, while the Louisville airport is further away (about an hour and a half), it may offer cheaper flights.

Good question. If you don't feel like pitching your own tent we are working with a local company that provides pre assembled "glamping tents" for the weekend starting around $300. These tents can either come unfurnished (the $300 option) or with 1-2 queen sized beds. Tents also come with a battery bank, rugs and linens and you can opt for additional add ons as well (such as a heater). You can sleep as many people as you want inside and don't have to worry about breakdown at the end of the weekend.
