Our Story

Pumpkin heads in love!

Misi and Britt met on Christmas night of 2020, through a mutual friend, Emilyrose, who happened to be Britt's roommate and best friend. The two were smitten with each other from the get go, exchanged numbers and had their first date a week later. Everyone who was around knew something special was in the works, the chemistry was undeniable. Over the next year and a half of meeting family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, laughing till it hurts, growing the relationship.... and their never ending long list of nicknames together, the two finally moved in together.

Fast forward another 2 years of doing life together Britt had gotten the blessing from Misi's parents and planned a pumpin head photo shoot with their closest friends. Misi, who usually figures things out ahead of time was exhausted from work the night before, and actually woke up and said "I'm not going, photoshop me in!" With a little push and encouragement from the whole squad, she made it to the shoot. After the group shots, the two got up for just their couple shots, and Britt dropped to one knee, both still with pumpkins on their head. Dream girl and dream girl with their favorite people surrounding them, Misi said "Yes!"

Which leads us to this very special time that we cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

Caitlynn Crimaldi - Misi's Maid of Honor

Cait and Misi met in 2008 through a mutual friend. The two have been 2 peas in a pod ever since. Always the spontaneous ones, up for anything and any adventure! From matching tattoos to traveling the world to living in Tampa together, then NYC together and then back to Tampa! The sister bond barely touches the surface of this beautiful friendship! We are both so thankful to have Cait be a part of yet another very important milestone in our lives.

Danielle "D" Ferrera - Britt's Best Woman

Britt and D first met in 2020 during covid, when D was dating Britt's roommate. After their second time meeting the two were inseparable. While they encourage each others silly antics they also support each other on a daily basis whether its supporting Britt's Raven team so much that D is now a huge fan as well, talking each other through every football game, darts, and most holidays with D's family. After newly moving to Florida and just losing her best friend Connor, D really showed up in Britt's life at a very important time. They have a very special, two peas in a pod bond that will last a lifetime.

Amanda Cundiff - Officiant

Amanda and Misi met in 2010 while Misi was living in Louisville, KY. An unlikely friendship that turned into one of the most loving, supportive, and favorite friendships of these last 15 years. Misi and Britt wanted someone close to both of them to officiate their wedding and Amanda really was the perfect fit. The woman that does it all and makes it looks so easy, the best friend that shows up for anyone and everyone in her life, we couldn't imagine a greater friend to do the honor for us.

We're asking everyone to please wear all black cocktail/formal attire. Fun, fancy, black. This is Britt's one "must have" for the day!
