Discover this 56.4-mile point-to-point trail near Dushore, Pennsylvania. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 27 h 39 min to complete. This trail is great for backpacking, camping, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
Located within 15 minutes of the state park, The Eagles Mere Air & Auto Museum houses a living and flying collection of airplanes, airplane engines, and related toys and artifacts from the golden age of flying — 1908 to 1940. There are approximately 31 antique airplanes currently located at Merritt Field Airport (4PN7) and several more in restoration phases. The museum also features an exceptional collection of antique muscle cars.
