We will be covering food for the Welcome Dinner (8/30) and food and alcohol for the Wedding Dinner (8/31). We will also be providing bagels, pastries, and coffee for breakfast and pizza for lunch on Saturday, August 31st. Each cabin will have a full kitchen. We will be letting you know your rooming arrangements ahead of time so you can meal plan accordingly. The town of Buena Vista is about 10-15 min away if you would like to grab alcohol or groceries there. Please bring some alcohol for Friday night and Saturday day.

This will be a laid back wedding weekend celebration. The wedding party will be in long dresses and suits. For the guests, think western wedding attire. For men, slacks and a collared shirt. For women, summer dress. Our main goal is for our guests to be comfortable.

There are many different activities on site that will require athletic attire. There are also pools and hot tubs so pack your swimming suit! Act like you are packing for a weekend at the cabin in the mountains. The days will be warm and the nights might get a little chilly.

August in the Colorado Mountains is typically sunny and warm during the day but can get a little chilly at night. If there are rain showers they usually pass fast. Please check the weather before you come.

We will be at almost 8,000 feet in elevation. For the non-Colorado guests, please drink lots of water. We will provide chapstick and plenty of liquid IVs for our guests. Please remember when drinking alcohol at altitude, your tolerance will be less than normal.

Yes, please let us know ahead of time for lodging purposes. Everyone will be served the same meal.
