We’d love for everyone to stay at the Embassy Suites SFO Waterfront so we can all be together throughout the weekend! All wedding events will take place at or near the hotel, just 5–10 minutes from each other and from SFO Airport. We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a discounted rate (see Travel). We recommend booking early—our wedding weekend falls during the World Cup, and rooms will fill quickly!

Embassy Suites offers a complimentary shuttle to and from SFO Airport. Ubers and Lyfts are easy to grab anytime, and there’s on-site parking if you plan to drive. Shuttles will also be provided from the hotel to all wedding events, so getting around will be simple and stress-free. If you’d like to explore San Francisco during your stay, there’s a nearby BART station that offers convenient access to the city.

Please see our Attire Guide page for color suggestions and outfit ideas for each event. Indian attire is warmly welcomed and encouraged for everyone. If you prefer, feel free to wear your favorite American formalwear or whatever makes you feel your best. Daytime events will be outdoors, while evening events will be indoors. Even though it’s June, the Bay Area can get chilly near the water, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.
