Can I bring my children or a date?

Since we are keeping the guest list very small to ensure everyone's safety -- please only bring individuals explicitly listed on your invitation.

When are the RSVPs Due?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2021. RSVPs can be sent via Paperless Post on your virtual invitation. Should you have lost the link -- please feel free to RSVP by texting Morgan at 207-227-2967.

Is there transportation available to the ceremony/reception?

Yes! We will be providing transportation both nights to and from The Hilton/Sugarland. You will receive a finalized transportation flyer from the hotel front desk upon check-in.

Bus Departure from The Hilton, Friday, June 4th, will be at 4:45pm. The bus will arrive at 4:30pm for you to board.

Bus Departure from Sugarland, Friday, June 4th will be at 9:00pm. The bus will begin boarding at 8:45pm.

Bus Departure from The Hilton, Saturday, June 5th, will be at 2:30pm. The bus will arrive at 2:15pm for you to board.

Bus Departure from Sugarland: There will be two trips back to the Hilton. Once around 9:45pm and the other around 11:45pm. This will be announced by the DJ during the reception so you'll know when to catch a ride back.

Masks will be mandatory on all bus rides.

Will parking be available?

Yes! Parking is available on the property, and if you decide to take the buses back to the hotel at night, no worries! Please be sure to pick up any cars parked overnight by 11am on Sunday.

Can I camp out at the venue?

YES! If you'd prefer to bring a tent, camper, etc., you're more than welcome to stay at the venue with us Saturday night. After the ceremony, you can pitch your tent. The venue does charge $20/night for this.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Oh yes there will! We will have light snacks, a bar, traditional BBQ, desserts and late-night pizza! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!

What should I wear?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Since both the ceremony and reception will be at the barn, please dress your feet in something comfortable! Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since this will be both inside and outside, you may want to bring a jacket or wrap. There will also be heaters and a couple of fires to help keep guests warm.

Where are you registered at?

We're not. Having you join us is more than enough of a gift.
