Welcome Gathering - Friday, June 4th, 2021

Please join us for a welcome gathering on Friday evening! The event will also be at Sugarland Barn and we cannot wait to spend some quality time with all of you prior to the big day. Dinner and Drinks on us!

Attire: Dressy Casual

Transportation: We will be providing transportation both nights to and from The Hilton/Sugarland. You will receive a finalized transportation flyer from the hotel front desk upon check-in.

Bus Departure from The Hilton, Friday, June 4th, will be at 4:45pm. The bus will arrive at 4:30pm for you to board. Masks required.

Bus Departure from Sugarland, Friday, June 4th will be at 9:00pm. The bus will begin boarding at 8:45pm. Masks required.

Wedding Day Activities - Saturday, June 5th, 2021

Wedding Ceremony: 3:30pm Central Time

Cocktail Hour & Reception: 4:00pm - Midnight

Attire: Cocktail/Garden Party

Bus Departure from The Hilton, Saturday, June 5th, will be at 2:30pm. The bus will arrive at 2:15pm for you to board. Masks required.

Bus Departure from Sugarland: There will be two trips back to the Hilton. Once around 9:45pm and the other around 11:45pm. This will be announced by the DJ during the reception so you'll know when to catch a ride back.
