Attire: Formal
For guests staying at The Marine Hotel, a shuttle will make two runs in the morning followed by two runs in the evening to ensure everyone’s day is as stress free as possible!
Guests are to meet at Limepark no later than 12:15pm. Transportation will be provided to all guests from Limepark to Dunluce Castle where the ceremony will take place (rain or shine). Following the ceremony, there will be time for greetings and pictures! Guests will be provided transportation back to Limepark in time to arrive by 3:00pm for a drinks reception.
Dunluce Castle sits cliffside along Ireland's North Coast. The farmer that owns the property will pick you up when you arrive and accompany you down to the cliffside in his tractor. Since Ireland weather can be unpredictable, we have a few recommendations regarding attire and footwear.
Guests are free to wear what they would normally wear to attend a wedding. Suits for men and dresses for women.
For the ladies, we suggest bringing a wrap, shawl or jacket to keep warm depending on the forecast and to protect yourself from the weather if needed. It is cliffside in an area that is quite open, so it will be breezy!
As for footwear, we recommend a shoe with a block heel if you choose to wear heels so your shoes don't sink into the ground. The ground can be soft and it may even be damp or wet, so keep this in mind when packing your bags. In the end, wear what is comfortable for you.
For the men, a suit with a suit jacket is recommended to keep warm and protect from rain or wind.
The ceremony at Dunluce will happen rain or shine. If it rains, umbrella’s do not serve much of a purpose. Although rain is possible, we will all keep our fingers and toes crossed! If it rains, well… then we will all be showered with good luck!

Your presence at our wedding is the biggest gift. We cannot thank everyone enough for wanting to share our wedding day with us in a place we love so much. It truly means everything to us to know that you would travel across the ocean to celebrate our love.
We have always treasured experiences over physical things. With that being said, we ask guests to put your money towards your experience in lieu of a monetary wedding gift. From the moment we decided to have our wedding in Ireland, we knew what would make us happiest is if our closest family and friends got to experience something incredible for themselves.
The fact that we will all be sharing this moment during such a milestone in our lives is the biggest gift we could ask for. Thank you to every single one of you for allowing our dream to become a reality. We cannot wait for our special day!
