Samantha Thompson
Samantha Thompson - Co-Maid of Honor
My twin flame; I am often convinced Sam and I are the same person. We have the same humor, interests and even the same crises! Without Sam, I would have never passed our 8 a.m. Media Law and Ethics class at the University of Colorado Boulder. Those early hours of learning about libel and getting sued really brought us together, and here we are eight years later! I wouldn't want anyone else to stand by my side. Thanks for always loving and supporting Jon and I!
Tori Baca
Tori Baca - Co-Maid of Honor
Oh, Torrence. Tori is one of the most fiercely loyal people you will ever meet. She is kind, always manages to crack us up with her off-hand comments and always says yes to any adventure — even if she doesn't know the location. We met in high school but became inseparable as freshman-year dormmates. She actually met Jon before I did! We've been through so much together, and I am so honored to have you stand by Jon and my side on our big day.
Tina Hubbuck
Tina Hubbuck - Bridesmaid
Aside from my sister, I have known Tina the longest! We met freshman year of high school in gym class, and the fact that she stuck around through my insanely awkward high school years makes her a true friend. Tina not only pushes me out of my comfort zone but also pushes me to be a better friend and person. She is always the one convincing me to try new things—and of course, she's usually right! Watching her marry her best friend and become an amazing mother has been one of my greatest honors, and I am so blessed to have her stand by me on this big day!
Taylor Whitley
Taylor Whitley - Bridesmaid/Sister
Twenty-four years ago, my mom and dad told me I was getting a baby sister. While I was less than pleased at the time, she became my favorite person. Taylor, on the surface, is quiet and sensitive, but when you get to really know her, she is sassy, so creative and one of the best people you can have in your corner. She has welcomed Jon with open arms (which is very hard to achieve by her standards), and I have loved seeing their brother-sister relationship grow. Love ya, sis! Can't wait to have you with us on our big day!
Meredith Schutt
Meredith Schutt - Bridesmaid/Jon's sister
My NYC girlie! Meredith is Jon's sister and soon to be my second sister! Watching you grow up from a high schooler to living your dream life in New York has been incredible, and I am so thankful to have been a part of your big milestones. Meredith is hilarious, driven and one of the bravest people I know — and I love how you never give your brother an easy time, he needs that lol. I am so thankful that meeting Jon has led me to you and I can't wait to become sisters!
Marshall Belk
Marshall Belk - Best Man
Marshall has been part of all of the stages of my life. Getting to know each other through high school, cross country, and video games, we spent countless hours growing up together. From Chinese food delivery runs during high school and summers back from college, we bonded over our passion for engineering and our competitive spirit, competing for tips. While he chose to become an Aggie, we always made the time to catch up when I was back home and share new hobbies like disc golf and 3D printing. If you see him at the wedding, ask him about his latest 3D printed masterpiece! Marshall is a true brother, and I am honored to have him as my best man!
Walter Sagehorn
Walter Sagehorn - Groomsman
Walt has been there since my first memories out on the tee-ball diamond. While I don't recall the score of those games, I recall a teammate and someone whom I would continue to grow up with through grade school, high school, and beyond. He truly revels in the details, recalling nuanced observations and providing his unique perspective of the world. He currently lives in Austin, a place that could not be a better fit for the man. #KeepAustinWeird If you see him at the wedding, ask him about his latest woodworking project or houseplant.
Nick Hubbuck
Nick Hubbuck - Groomsman
Nick is the warmest and most thoughtful person. As the only father of the group, he truly guides us all to be the best versions of ourselves. Our shared appreciation for spirited driving and some wrench time on our turbo'd 4 cylinders connects us through Motor oil, sweat, and sometimes tears. Always looking out for others, he keeps us all well fed using his skills over the grill and smoker. If you see him at the wedding, tell him your best dad joke and ask what he's been smoking lately!
Ryan Videtich
Ryan Videtich - Groomsman
Ryan is the definition of a loyal friend. Meeting Ryan after college was a little awkward because he was a CSU Ram (Go Buffs). But I learned that regardless of your alma mater, hard work and honesty are some of the most important things you could ask of a friend. A fellow golf addict, we constantly compete out on the links. We've shared many beers, hot dogs at the turn, and good times over the years. If you see Ryan, ask him for his best construction site stories or about my hole-in-one ;).
Alex Arrigo
Alex Arrigo - Groomsman
His Instagram handle sums it up: He truly is youramigoarrigo. Having never met a stranger in his life, Alex will strike up a conversation or spirited debate with anyone over anything. A Colorado native through and through, Alex is often found enjoying all this state has to offer, like climbing 14ers just to get a fresh perspective. Alex is literally a lifesaver -- we met lifeguarding at the iconic Buff Pool in college. He continues to be a lifesaver to this day; he is always there to lend a helping hand. If you meet Alex at the wedding, ask him about Denver's history and architectural landmarks.
