Mexico is a place that keeps popping up in our relationship. Our first date was at a local Mexican restaurant where Nadaya introduced Pat to Mezcal. Our connection was unexpected, immediate, and ended in dancing at a drum and bass show. It was one of those rare moments when you feel like you've always known this person despite having just met. Though we met online and never crossed paths before, we connected effortlessly. Later on, when we first introduced our daughters, they too connected well. Five years later, while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Pat proposed to Nadaya.
